Dustin Brown, one of the Los Angeles' Kings three first-round picks in this year's draft, has agreed to terms on a three-year contract, the team announced Saturday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The 18-year-old Brown was the 13th overall selection in the draft following a sensational season in the Ontario Hockey League, where he totaled team highs of 34 goals and 42 assists in 58 games with the Guelph Storm.

"Dustin is projected to start the season in Los Angeles," general manager Dave Taylor said. "We are obviously pleased to have him signed and under contract with our organization. We think he has a real bright future with the Kings."

A native of Ithaca, New York, Brown was a member of the United States team that competed at the 2003 World Junior Championship. He had four points in seven games.
Los Angeles' other first-round picks this year were center Brian Boyle and left wing Jeff Tambellini.
